Chime Decor began in 2008, founded by Rita and Wincy. It focused on Wedding Cake model making initially and gradually began to diversify from Display Art Decoration to tailormade gifts and Event Decoration.
Rita & Wincy alongside with 2 mugs of coffee, take pride in what they do and it is their passion and dedication that drives them to always raise the bar in the creative world of handmade arts as well as to provide romantic weddings for their brides, sophisticated themed decoration for corporate clients, malls and numerous social gatherings throughout the year.

About Us
Rita followed renowned DECO Clay Craft Academy of Kazuko guru-Miyai over 20 years and she achieved the highest level of Clay modelling teaching recognition by DECO Clay Craft Academy. She is the first qualified teacher to promote and to introduce Soft modelling clay in Hong Kong.
1996- 1998 Rita established Hong Kong ClayCraft Academy and since then,she has educated Clay art to over thousands students and many had accomplished different levels of qualification in DECO Clay Art and became qualified tutors at later years.
2003-2007 Rita has held numerous solo and group exhibitions in both Hong Kong and Japan. She also won the Best product design award in 2012, organised by Tissot, Swiss watches since 1853 .
2007-Present Rita and Wincy has started Chime Wedding Decoration Co. Ltd.
Rita Tong
Graduated BA (Hons) in Visual Communication Studies at Ulster University Belfast in Northern Ireland UK. Wincy worked as animator and graphics designer since 2001 in Hong Kong and she has a passion in painting, model making and sugar flower art.
Wincy always had artistic interests, she began her passion for cake decorating in 2006 and continued to educate herself by taking classes with top designers. Wincy obtained PME Master Certificate & Professional Diploma in Sugar Paste, Royal Icing & Sugar Flowers in UK 2014.
Wincy is holding private cake decoration classes on a regular basis. She is the Cake consultant and event planner at present.
